2014-02 Spiritual Reset

In this episode I talk about what's been up in the last 3 months with Oni and I.
The main topic is a spiritual reset, what to do when your spiritual growth has hit a plateau and you don't know how to move forward. Since I have been going back to basics in my spiritual practice, today's music choices come from that time in my early spiritual life as well.  Enjoy.

In this episode I talk about my study of Shamanism, define or at least attempt to define Shamanism and talk about what makes a Shaman.
